Who's Behind Fleet Ledger

I'm Roman Alexander, founder of Fleet Ledger Solutions.

My background is in fleet operations and compliance. With five years of hands-on experience in fleet operations and compliance, plus seven years of DMV registration experience, I've built a deep understanding of what it takes to keep fleets legal and running smoothly.

Most recently, I managed backend operations for a large food distribution company, overseeing compliance for a primary fleet of over 1,500 power units and 2,000 trailers, along with a California-based fleet of around 600 power units and 700 trailers. I handled everything from IFTA and CARB reporting to multi-state registration and audit preparation.

That experience taught me how complex multi-state compliance really is — and how much time it takes when you don't have the right systems in place.

I started Fleet Ledger Solutions because I saw how many smaller fleet owners were either overpaying for compliance services or trying to handle everything themselves and falling behind. There's a better way, and I'm here to provide it.
